Domain registration, third-party subscriptions (Google Workspace, CRM licences, email marketing tools), photography and premium stock imagery, and any legal / compliance review of copy you're required to have signed off. Everything else — hosting during build, staging, strategy, copy, design, build, SEO fundamentals, analytics — is inside the fee.

Pick a package, add any add-ons, then at checkout choose 50% deposit or pay in full by card, or request an invoice for bank transfer. The 50% deposit starts the project; the balance is due before we push the site live.

Prices are shown ex-VAT. We're UK VAT registered; VAT is added at checkout for UK customers and calculated per the standard rules for others.

If you're planning a much bigger site (twenty-plus pages, complex integrations, custom apps) we'll scope it as a custom Pixel Twenty+ project — same process, bespoke fee. For smaller changes to page count within a tier we'll just adjust the plan — no per-page fees.

Yes. If you started on Pixel Five and realise you need more, we'll credit what you've paid against the higher package and reschedule the delivery timeline.

For Pixel Twenty we can split into three payments (deposit, midway, on launch) — just ask before checkout and we'll set that up on your invoice.

Yes — but only when you hold up your end. That means brand files, content, photos and questionnaire answers back on time, and sign-off at each checkpoint inside the agreed window (usually 24–48 hours). Our side is fast and the process is deliberately simple, built for busy business owners who want the job done, not dragged out. Miss a window and the timeline shifts by the same amount — we're honest about that up front rather than pretend otherwise.
