Cookies Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This page explains how Project Pixel Studio Ltd ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels, session identifiers) on this website. It applies to visitors worldwide, including the UK, EU/EEA, and other jurisdictions with cookie consent laws.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also treat local storage and similar identifiers as cookies for the purposes of this policy.

Categories we use

Essential (always on)

Required for the site to work — sign-in and session handling, security, storing your consent choice, remembering a referral code, and the Stripe checkout. We do not ask for consent for these because the site can't function without them.

  • Supabase auth — session tokens for the client portal and admin.
  • Stripe — fraud prevention and checkout (set only on the checkout pages).
  • pp_cookie_consent_v1 — your consent choice, so we don't ask again.

Analytics (opt-in)

Only loaded if you accept. Helps us understand which pages work and where people get stuck.

  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymised, IP truncated, no ad personalisation.
  • Microsoft Clarity — aggregate heatmaps and session replays with sensitive fields masked.

Cookie-free analytics (always on)

We run Plausible Analytics, which does not set cookies and does not collect personal data — no consent is required under UK GDPR or ePrivacy for this.

Managing your preferences

You can change your choice at any time by clicking here or in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies will break sign-in and portal features.
