Web Design

Web design that earns trust and brings in business.

Project Pixel designs and builds clear, credible, search-ready websites for service businesses - and builds the custom functionality most of them turn out to need. Every project is scoped and quoted individually, from a focused landing page to a site with a bespoke booking, portal or quoting flow behind it.

Every project custom quoted · Scope and price fixed before we start

Section 01

Why the right website changes the shape of a service business

For most service businesses the website is the first serious conversation a prospective customer has with the brand. It arrives before the phone call, before the quote and often before a competitor even gets a look. A confused, slow or dated site quietly loses work every week - not through obvious failure, but by giving people a reason to keep looking.

A well-built website does the opposite. It answers the questions buyers actually ask, ranks for the terms they actually search, loads quickly on the phones they actually use, and guides them cleanly to an enquiry. Project Pixel treats the website as a working commercial asset, not a brochure - every page has a job to do.

Section 02

The kinds of websites Project Pixel builds

Most projects fall into one of a handful of shapes. Some are straightforward company websites. Most end up with something custom behind them - a qualification flow, a portal, a calculator or an integration with the software the business already runs on.

Service business websites

Multi-page sites for trades, clinics, consultancies, agencies, care providers, hospitality and professional services - built around a real sales funnel with locations, services and case studies.

Landing pages and campaign pages

Single, focused pages designed to convert paid traffic or a specific campaign audience. Faster to launch, easier to test, and typically the highest-ROI page on the site.

Website redesigns

Modern rebuilds of tired WordPress, Wix or Squarespace sites - same brand, sharper positioning, better performance and a much cleaner path to enquiry.

Multi-location and directory sites

Sites with real location or service structure - proper URL hierarchy, per-location content and internal linking that supports local SEO instead of fighting it.

Content-rich SEO websites

Sites where the content library is the strategy - service pillars, supporting articles, case studies and clear internal linking designed to rank for a defined topic set.

Section 03

What is included in every website

Every Project Pixel website is built on the same foundations. Strategy first, then sitemap, then design, then build, then launch. Nothing important is left to chance and nothing important is charged as an extra.

Strategy and sitemap

A clear positioning statement, target audience, primary calls to action and a full page map before a pixel is drawn.

Responsive design and accessibility

Designed for phones first, then scaled up. Legible type, sensible contrast and a layout that behaves on real devices - not just the designer's monitor.

SEO foundations

Clean URL structure, proper page titles and meta descriptions, semantic headings, structured data where it helps, XML sitemap and robots configuration.

Analytics, forms and tracking

GA4 and consent-friendly analytics, enquiry forms wired to email or CRM, and conversion tracking so marketing spend can actually be measured.

Launch support and portal

Domain and DNS support at launch, plus ongoing access to the Project Pixel client portal for updates, requests and future projects.

Section 04

How a website project runs at Project Pixel

Every website project moves through the same clear process - from enquiry and scoping through design and build to launch. Larger builds with custom functionality get a longer discovery stage. The point is the same either way: no missing weeks, no vague WIP, and no surprise invoices.

Section 05

Why we quote every project individually

A five-page brochure site and a site with a bespoke client portal behind it are not the same job, and pretending otherwise with a price list only helps whoever is selling the price list.

So there isn't one. We scope what the business actually needs, then send one written proposal with a fixed figure, a fixed scope and a fixed timeline. If a cheaper approach would do the job, we say so before quoting the expensive one.

Full company website?

Use one of the fixed packages - Pixel Site, Ten, Twenty or Bespoke.

Clear scope, clear price, clear timeline. Tailored web projects sit alongside them for anything smaller or sharper.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often.

How much does a Project Pixel website cost?

There is no price list. Every website is quoted against a written scope after a short conversation, because the range between a simple brochure site and one with custom functionality behind it is enormous. You get one fixed figure before any work starts.

How long does a website take to launch?

A straightforward site usually runs 3 to 5 weeks from the point where brief and content are complete. Sites with a custom flow behind them run closer to 5 to 8 weeks, and larger software builds run to their own scoped timeline agreed in the proposal.

Is SEO included?

Yes. Every website ships with SEO foundations - clean structure, page titles and meta, semantic headings, sitemap and analytics. Ongoing SEO content work is scoped separately.

Can Project Pixel redesign an existing website?

Yes. Redesigns of existing WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and custom sites are a large part of what we do, and are quoted against scope like everything else.

Who owns the website after launch?

The client owns the domain, hosting account and site. Ongoing support and hosting are optional monthly services and never a lock-in requirement.

Bespoke by default

Most of this work ends up custom.

A unique customer journey, a quoting or booking flow, a portal or a CRM. We scope the custom parts properly and quote them as one fixed piece of work, rather than bolting plugins onto a template.
