These terms govern your use of Project Pixel's services. By purchasing a proposal or creating a portal account you agree to these terms.
The deliverables and inclusions for your project are set out in your written proposal and confirmed in the portal at project start. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Work is priced in a written proposal after a scoping call. Once the scope is agreed you may either pay 50% at project start with the balance due before launch, or pay the full project price up front. All prices are shown in GBP and exclude any third-party hosting or software subscriptions, which are quoted separately. International clients are billed in GBP; VAT is added where legally required and calculated per the standard rules for your jurisdiction.
Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds and a target timeline. Timelines depend on prompt client responses to briefs, approvals and content requests. Delays on your side may shift the launch date.
On full payment you own the copy, design, and code produced for your website. We retain the right to feature your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
You may cancel before we start work for a full refund of the deposit. Once work has begun the deposit becomes non-refundable to cover scoped time already spent. Cancellations after the design stage are billed pro-rata.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
