Choosing a service.
- Which service do I actually need?
- If you need a new company website, start with Web Design. If you already have a website but it isn't bringing in enquiries, a conversion-focused redesign is usually the answer. Custom App Development is for anything that isn't a marketing site - portals, dashboards, calculators, booking tools, internal workflow apps. Most of our work is a website with some custom element bolted into it. Not sure? Tell us what the business needs to achieve and we'll recommend a scope.
- Can I combine services (e.g. web design + SEO)?
- Yes - most clients do. A common combination is a website build plus a care plan and ongoing SEO work, so the site keeps improving after launch. Everything runs through one Project Pixel account, one point of contact and one invoice.
- Do you offer retainers or just one-off projects?
- Both. Pixel Care is a monthly hosting-and-support arrangement for websites we've built or taken over. Custom software and ongoing content work can be scoped as a one-off project or as continuing support - whichever fits how you want to run it.
- What's the difference between a Service and an offer name?
- The offer names describe the shape of a project: Pixel Site is a bespoke website, Pixel Flow is a website with a custom customer journey built into it, Pixel Systems is custom software such as a portal, CRM or dashboard, and Pixel Labs is a partnered or funded build. A Service describes the type of work involved. There is no price list and no page-count package: every project is scoped individually, then quoted once in writing with a fixed scope and an agreed timeline.
- Do you work with existing sites or only new builds?
- Both. We take over existing WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace and custom sites for redesigns, conversion improvements, SEO content programmes or ongoing care. When it's cheaper to fix what you have than rebuild it, we'll say so.
- What areas and industries do you cover?
- We work with service businesses worldwide - trades and construction, health and clinics, professional services, legal and financial, hospitality, and creative studios. Fully remote-first process, on-site visits available for larger projects where practical.
