  • Service businesses run projects across email, WhatsApp, shared drives and an accounting tool that none of them talk to.
  • Clients ask the same three questions every week because there is nowhere for them to look the answer up.
  • Nobody wants another £80 per seat per month platform that does ninety things and none of them properly.

  • A client-facing portal with a guided project brief, a live timeline, file requests and approvals.
  • Owner-side pipeline, proposals, deposits and invoicing wired to the same records.
  • Role-based access so a client only ever sees their own projects, enforced at the database level.

  • Sign in as a client and walk the brief wizard end to end.
  • Upload a file against a request and watch the status change on the timeline.
  • View a proposal, accept it, and see the deposit request generate.
