Bright Lane Clinic

A concept build for a fictional multi-treatment private clinic that wants online bookings, per-treatment SEO and calm, trustworthy design.

Bright Lane Clinic concept build
// The brief

What we set out to solve

Bright Lane is an invented clinic we designed to show how an independent private practice could compete with chain-brand clinics online without imitating their aesthetic. The brief: reassure, explain, and let people book without picking up the phone.

// Approach

How we'd build it

01

Treatment-page architecture

Every treatment (from skin to hormones to physio) gets its own page — what it treats, what happens on the day, aftercare, pricing, and a clinician profile — because that's what people search and what convinces them to book.

02

Booking without friction

Real-time availability wired into the treatment page itself, not buried behind a menu. Deposits taken at booking to reduce no-shows, with clear cancellation terms in plain English.

03

Local SEO as the growth engine

Location pages, Google Business Profile alignment, and structured data for medical services — so 'skin clinic near me' surfaces the actual clinic, not an aggregator.

// Scope

What's in a build like this

This is what the delivered project would include end-to-end under the Pixel Ten package.

  • 6-page site with per-treatment pages
  • Bookings integration with deposits
  • Clinician profile pages
  • Local SEO groundwork
  • Google Business Profile alignment
  • 10 working-day delivery target
// Search intent

What the audience is actually Googling

Health-clinic prospects search by treatment + location ('skin clinic [town]', 'private GP near me', 'HRT clinic UK'). They read the treatment page for reassurance, check the clinician's credentials, look at pricing, then book — usually in a single session. Anything that adds a step loses the booking.

// Why this build stands out

What separates it from a template health & clinics site

Treatment pages that rank AND convert

Each treatment is a proper SEO entry with schema, pricing, clinician and inline booking — replacing the 'services list + contact form' pattern most clinic sites use.

Bookings without the app-shell feel

Real-time slots inside the site's own design language, not an iframe from a third-party booking tool. Deposits reduce no-shows without scaring off first-timers.

Clinician profiles as trust engine

Named clinicians with GMC/NMC/HCPC numbers, specialisms and photos on every treatment page — the credential signal Google and prospects both need.

// FAQ

Questions we get about builds like this

Which booking systems does this integrate with?+
Pabau, Cliniko, Semble and Timely are all supported. If you're on a different platform, we scope a light API integration or a themed embed as part of the build.
Is the treatment content medically checked?+
You provide the medical accuracy pass — we handle structure, plain-English rewrite and SEO. Every treatment page has a clinician sign-off record before going live.
How does this handle multiple clinicians and services?+
Clinician and treatment records are linked in the CMS — add a clinician, tag them to the treatments they offer, and their availability shows on those pages automatically.
Would this work for a single-clinician practice?+
Yes — the architecture scales down cleanly. Fewer treatments, one clinician profile, same booking + SEO engine.
